Talen Energy is one of the largest independent power producers in the United States. After a successful collaboration on their 2017 Annual Report, they approached me to work on their 2018 report, which was to outline their accomplishments from the past year as well as pave the way for the road ahead.
They wanted the report to convey their optimism and enthusiasm for the future of the company. Titled "Building Our Future", we developed a cover design based on ideas of growth, improvement, energy and connection, and developed visual guidelines to inform the design of the interior typography, color system and data visualization.
