A good friend of mine Mark Heaps came up with the idea of a photography play day. The day started off with renting a suburban and then we met up with 2 other photographers Zach X. and Mark Daughn, and three models Shelby Nicole, Gabriela Rose, and Maggie Donovan. We headed east out of Austin Texas exploring and just having fun grabbing great images. We came across an old abandoned automotive repair shop where we all got several great photos. Afterwards we stopped at a great little barbecue joint for lunch. As we headed further east after lunch we stopped along the way picking up three bottles of wine. We eventually came across an abandoned old town which was about 2 1/2 hours east of Austin. The little town looked like a great place to shoot in. As the models are getting ready the photographer’s explored the town to find some great areas to shoot. As the day wore on the wine slowly disappeared and our cards filled up. Before we knew it was time to head back to Austin.
