Understanding Digital Abuse

I created a motion graphic aimed at students that explains “digital abuse,” its warning signs, and how someone can advocate for themselves if they are on the receiving end of it.

OVERVIEW—
This motion graphic was created in collaboration with The Lighthouse Program, an interpersonal violence prevention, support, and advocacy group housed on LSU’s campus. The Lighthouse program sought assistance to create a motion graphic explaining digital abuse, an emergent form of abuse among young adults. I worked with The Lighthouse program to ideate and design a video that matched the pre established visual identity and tone of messaging already present in their brand. This collaboration included working with their office to write the voiceover script as well as capture the audio performance.
