This is a social housing project in Belgrade, right across the street from Cubura park. This building is characterized by its "fluent" form which comes and goes away from the street, the park and the surrounding buildings. The building is immersed into the ground by one floor height thus creating a space for the residents and visitors underneath the building. By immersing the "ground" level we get a space which is connected to the surrounding context, but also disconnected from it in such a way that it gives a sence of seclusion from all the noise and rush of the streets and vehicles.
