CHARGED.fm Terminal is a leading iOS Point of Sale system for events. It allows for easy scanning, guestlist management and ticket sales at the door and quick-serve box-offices.
The goal was to create an experience across various iOS mobile platforms that focuses on events, photos and tickets to drive increase in sales for their clients.
Note: The app is still in development so several design assets might change for release on the App Store.
UX Direction
-App focuses on event photos and ticket selection and ease of scanning for published events.
-The structure was dynamic and flat so the user could access an entirely different section.
-Key actions were highlighted on each screen for users having little experience using digital devices.
-Checkout and scanning tickets is streamlined for speed at entry.
-Graphics used as references where possible to guide the user on how to interact with the app.
-Accessibility in dark and noisy locations through the use of effective color selections and pleasant sounds respectively.
Technical Challenges
-Settings were refined to account for flexibility based on user stories and preferences.
-Offline support across various stages to persist guestlist allowed for checkins and cash sales.
-User permissions streamlined to support multiple sales representatives for single account.
