The image of the museum is inspired by modern Japanese architecture, the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka (Japan) is taken as the basis of its concept. Like Ghibli, the project of this museum is filled with references to Japanese animated films - paintings, frescoes and, of course, sculptural images of cartoon characters. The museum is also equipped with a cinema hall, a souvenir shop and a buffet with dishes and drinks of traditional Japanese cuisine.

Образ музея вдохновлен современной японской архитектурой, за основу его концепции взят музей Гибли в Митаке (Япония). Подобно Гибли, проект данного музея наполнен отсылками к японским анимационным фильмам – картины, настенные росписи и, конечно, скульптурные изображения персонажей мультфильмов. Музей также оснащен кинозалом, сувенирной лавкой и буфетом с блюдами и напитками традиционной японской кухни.
