This was a student project I did for the SVVA (Sexual Violence Victims Advocates) on campus. Their mission is to help raise awareness about sexual assault and abuse among college students. The concept behind this plays off of the double meaning of the word KW. The word play is designed to educate the viewer about the facts of the issue and reinforce the idea that there is no excuse for violence. The red and black color scheme along with the "chaotic" text background is meant to represent the anger and emotions that a victim of this type of violence would experience. I am very pleased with the end result, I believe it conveys a strong visual presence and leaves a memorable impression.
