PROJECT
Designed by farra & zoumboulakis architectes, 5 buildings with 120 apartments and a childcare facility located in Lausanne, Switzerland

LOCATION
Between Avenue de Provence and its noise and Le parc de la vallée de la Jeunesse and its aperture upon the lake, the project is positioned in a way that extend the park to the Avenue de Provence’s edge. The five building parts break a part to let enter the landscape view.

LANDSCAPE
Le parc vallée de la Jeunesse extends up to Avenue de Provence due to the soft site topography’s adaptation and the path’s design. The buildings are implanted within this park and through a logic of trails.

PROGRAM
Four buildings are designated for renting and activities and one reserved for assisted residence with a communitarian polyvalent space. The unitary treatment of the buildings assures the coherence of the set. The project also counts with an underground car parking for 82 vehicles that can be accessed by each vertical circulation block.
