Sweet Bite is a cookbook of classic American cakes and cookies, encompassing the many flavors of dessert that I experienced growing up in the States. Some of the recipes are straight from my personal archive, some were found online in order to expand my understanding of American cuisine, but all were included as an homage to the dessert of my childhood.
