Coleoptera is the largest order of insects, representing about 40 per cent of the known insect species and can be found spread around all continents in nearly all climates. Among the over 360,000 species of Coleoptera are many of the largest and most conspicuous insects, some of which also have brilliant metallic colours, showy patterns and impressive shapes adapted to different functions.
The insects I've been creating on this series does not exist. Sometimes they are a mix of many insects and other animals on free cross-species mutations, sometimes it's just me playing in my own garden. This is the result of the first three.
