I experimented with double exposure photography whilst doing a project about Fischli and Weiss. These were taken on a Holga 120, with 35mm film. This project was very trial and error, and it led to some unique results. The process I used was to take photographs to the end of the film and then rewind it and expose it again. This is similiar to the process that the duo did.
