Vila dos Artistas
articulated the urban proposal for a Port of Creative Economy (Porto de Economia Criativa) for the Praia de Iracema district, located in Fortaleza-Brazil.The design of these ideas is based on a critical analysis of history and socio-environmental reality of the neighborhood, examining existing interventions and projects for the area, and the study on the relationship between urban space and cultural movements. The Artists' Village is built complex consisting of twenty houses-ateliers for visual artists and performers, an exhibition gallery and a art school.
