My body of work explores communication through the use of memes, this strange paradox of meaning something and nothing at the same time. I am compiling them in a way to depict the chaos we experience everyday. Memes flourished in the darkness of our society as a means to cope. Humor is often used to mask people’s inner struggle a form of escapism or to take away from controversial topics. By recontextualizing memes - I am curating something that is untamed.
