Magoo is an all-in-one marketplace for musicians needs. The platform aim to bring together musicians, hobbyists, collectors, Indie brands, major brands resellers, studio owners, and those whom contribute to music industry all in one place.
Magoo facilitate musical instruments & supplies shopping/ selling/ trading and recording/ rehearsal studio booking online around the nation (Indonesia)
Problem
musicians, hobbyists, collectors, Indie brands, major brands resellers, and studio owners are having difficulties finding one another and getting certain form or method of transactions
Solution
Design a digital product that inform desired information & apply certain policies/ rules of transaction (purchasing & booking)
Concept
Designed for what matters
Focus on usability and accessibility. I don’t do much aesthetic treatment, instead I just focus on make a good contrast of every elements and actions (CTAs, links, etc.) that enhance clarity of the website.
This website is already a set of high complexity. I thought it won’t be right to make it looks fancy - as it add some more complexity by look and feel.
I aim for ‘just-right’ look and feel - not too much, yet not too less
Ease to use
Avoiding TMIs and make a well-organized layout. Elements are placed on a certain group that fill ‘common’ space in order to make an easy-intuitive sequence of interaction
