In celebration of the 90th anniversary of the discovery of Pluto, the Lowell Observatory is hosting an I Heart Pluto Festival including an art show at the observatory. Consider Pluto is one of fifteen Pluto themed works of art from the International Association of Astronomical Artists (IAAA). 

If in a single lifetime we are able to break free of the shackles of Earth’s gravity, discover a distant world, and send the ashes of that distant world’s discoverer zipping past it, just imagine what wonders await us. Whenever you begin to doubt humanity’s capabilities, I ask you to Consider Pluto.
