Aetna Healthcare introduced a new call center experience and asked the team I work with at The Brand New Thing to curate spaces within multiple, national contact centers to communicate their vision and brand partners’ DNA. Each call center contains sponsor pods who share the Aetna mission. Branding the space encourages the employees to live out their brand and better translate that to customers and deliver a more engaging experience. With Aetna’s mission of providing a better experience for their members and advocating for their best health we were able to reinforce that message for their brand ambassadors- their employees.
