The logo is inspired by how the Albumin protein actually looks like - a heart. The combination of the Albumin protein and the shape of a cell became the form - the logo. The warm red colour is chosen to illustrate the blood, the energy, the passion, the human body etc. The font was chosen because it is trustworthy, strong and simple.
