Avant Geek Zine is a charity fanzine that collects illustrations of different artists, creating a compilation of comics and illustrations inspired by classical art pieces of any artistic movement, merged with the video gaming world.

All the benefits were donated entirely to Bliss, a charity that supports baby that born premature or sick, based in the UK.

Here is their website: https://avantgeekzine.blogspot.com/
This are the references and the final version of my first piece, which mixes Vincent van Gogh's "The Night Café" with "Chrono Trigger", a videogame released by SquareSoft in 1995.
The second one is inspired by Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot and his painting "Orpheus Leading Eurydice from the Underworld", combined with "ICO", developed by Team Ico.
I mixed one of my favourite paintings and videogames to do this one. "Wanderer above the Sea of Fog" by Caspar David Friedrich, and "Terranigma" developed by Quintet and published by Enix in 1995.
The last one was the funnest to paint. Using de technique of Francisco de Goya and his painting "Two Old Man Eating Soup", with the antagonists William Birkin and Albert Wesker, from "Resident Evil" games.
