The image of a bamboo forest was used as a prototype of a given project for a hanger. In the Eastern philosophy bamboo symbolizes undying love, safety and well-being in the house.
Hanger is a very modular design of two elements: the wall box and a rack with hooks. The Box is a place to store the hats or gloves. It has a fixture that is used to attach it to the wall at a height of 1600 mm. Rack hangers have no rigid attachment and are fixed in vertical position by two slits in the horizontal plane of the box. The slope of the pillars is formed to resemble a bamboo swaying in the wind.
The project offers to manufacture the wooden hanger in light shades (the texture of natural ash was used to perform visualizations). For the manufacture of hooks on racks various use of materials (acrylic, aluminum, wood) is possible. This solution will seamlessly integrate the object stylistically in the residential interior space.
This decision can offer a variety of combinations. The Box may have a back wall, threaded with one or two pillars. The design provides variation in a set of modules. This decision will create the interior image of either a single stalk of bamboo or the whole grove.
