In 2019, we helped Lotus debut their new Lotus Evija supercar at The Quail at Pebble Beach during the Monterey Car Week. A global audience and media pool was present to take questions of executive staff and enjoy the wonderful craftsmanship of a true design pioneer.
We assisted in developing the design of Lotus' event space, located in the middle of The Quail concourse. Once the structure was designed, our production team at Event Outfitters spec'ed the design in CAD and built the truss system. From there, my team and I designed the skin and staging.
Using Adobe Illustrator, I built grids and calculated sizes for all elements to be placed at the event site to account for mobility and clean traffic flow, which is always critical to encourage high foot traffic.
