Glimpses of Dreams
Exhibit Booklet
As a part of a class project, I was asked to create a booklet showcasing a made-up art event of my choice. I chose to create an art exhibition of surreal and avant-garde art and photographs that I have collected over the years. It was a way to showcase work that has influenced me as well as stretch my creative capabilities when it comes to layout design.
The front cover of this booklet is a page with the title cut out of it, showing the orange photograph underneath (as you can see in the mockup below).
My idea was to create a companion booklet to an exhibit (although a fake one) at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston; one that would add information and details about the artwork and the artist that the audience would be seeing and a way for people to take a bit of their experience home.
If you like these works, please look up these talented artists and support them!
