Self-portrait

Monahans Sandhills State Park, TX, U.S.A.
On the way to the Big Bend National Park, we stopped at the Monahans Sandhills State Park to enjoy up to 70 feet (21 m) high sand dunes.
I was absolutely overwhelmed with the raw beauty of this desert-like landscape. Even though there were several local forms of recreation to practice at the Monahans Sandhills such as sandboarding, sandsurfing etc., I prefered photography.
Honestly, I had so much fun shooting myself in the sand, running up the dunes, getting tired, lying down on the sand. Also, I think I took there my best polaroids ever (yes, I started shooting film recently, too) as the light was simply deligtful.
I'd love to share them once I get a good image scanner or before it happens, I will just publish what I took with my Pentax K3 camera. Except for this self-portrait, I mostly shot for my project "My Life Is a Picture" at the Monahans Sandhills.
