The Architecture Design of Pars Company's Office - 2010

This project was about the designing of the architecture and landscape space of the Pars Company office building. This building was to be a place to invite guests and where office employees worked. The client appealed for a smooth but innovative design concept on the exterior as well as the interior. This curved section of the plan was intended to offer a wide view towards the garden. I used the combination of volumes, surfaces and textures to convey this sense to the visitor. The plan of the building included of three floors. I used a circle void as a central point of interest inside the building that included landscape features. Additionally the landscape design of the yard that leaded to the enterance of the building was also planned to complete the architecture design. It is a combination of curved surfaces and restoration spaces that enrich the space. The plant selection suggested was based on being native and low in maintenance needs.
