Green Nepal

When you say Nepal, most people instantly think of the great Himalayas with her snow capped mountains.
Of course, it is a large part, but the part where its people live, is in the green valleys below.
With my series of Nepal, I'd like to give a slightly different view of the mountainous country we've all heard of,
but now look at from an alternate angle.

Green Nepal will be the first part of my series, with many more to follow.
Nepal is incredibly diverse, something I'd like to show you over the course of the next week.
I have to admit, I can't hide the fact every valley is surrounded by these magnificent giants, so hereby a glimpse of the Annapurna range & the lucky few who got a plane ride there
Fun 'almost' fact: most of the people here, I'd guess about three quarters were Nepalese tourists. Even though they live among titans, they rarely leave the valley in which they work. You get used to your large neighbours, but the Himalayas is huge. So also for them, is it a day worth celebrating, when the sky is clear and you suddenly find yourself faced with a big friend who was always near, but hidden behind the horizon.
Hopefully you've enjoyed this greener approach to Nepal.
Stay tuned for yet another perspective into this wonderful land
or if you've tuned in later, check out my portfolio for the rest of the series.

Thanks for watching
