Main goal was to create easy say, listening and remember name of studio focused on apparel design.
First few ideas below

After while and numbers of sketches, we chose name 8opic, which means 8apes in English.
It sounds simple and might be easy to remember. Even if you hear that in radio, you will type Eightapes or 8apes into browser, both are same and right....Especialy Czech natives have sometimes problem with transcription of foreign words from listening.

Also design was little bit changed to handwriting style with keeping monkey symbol in number.
