_In early December 2019, I flew to Cape Canaveral and photographed the McLaren Speedtail XP2 Prototype on the 15,000 foot-long Space Shuttle runway at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Earlier that same week- and while my shoot carried on- McLaren engineers set a new company record by hitting 250mph over thirty times, welcoming the Speedtail as the fastest McLaren ever built, ousting the legendary McLaren F1 as king. It was an impossible honor to shoot such an achievement for the brand.
