I absolutely love this watch and want one someday. Until that day comes I will have this little illustration.
This illustration is comprised of vector shapes done in Illustrator and Photoshop. Once the shapes were down I applied textures, gradients, shadows, highlights, etc via layer styles. With perhaps 2 layers done in rasterized painting. So for the most part this is entirely scaleable.
