In this publication project, the aim was to design and produce a book trilogy or book series written by the same author. The main challenge was to create a design that harmonized with the rest of the series without compromising each book's individuality.
For the first book, ثرثرة فوق النيل, my pattern and colour choice is meant to represent the setting of the book, a boat house on the Nile.
As for the second book, ملحمة الحرافيش, the design is meant to reflect the fact that the stories are all based on many generations of one family, Al Harafish.
Lastly اللص والكلاب, the colour and design choice is meant to represent the chaos, betrayal and existentialism that take over the main character, Said Mahran's life.
