Central European Jamboree takes place in every second year and the organization of the event rotates between scouts organizations from V4 Countries - Magyar Cserkészszövetség (Hungary), Slovenský skauting (Slovakia), Junák - český skaut (Czech Republic) and Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego (Poland).
In 2016 it took place in Wroclaw, Poland - European Capital of Culture for 2016.
Event motto was “The Art of Scouting”.
Every participant and International Service Team member received a handbook, containing information about the event.
Participants were receiving stickers and stamps for participating in programme activities.

Handbook also contains space to collect stickers from different countries participating in the event and for a personal journal.
