Project: Tangled Up Album Release Event

During a release, a brainstorming meeting about how to increase first week sales/streams occurs. With the album being titled Tangled Up, something about getting Tangled Up with Thomas Rhett was on my mind.

This was a clear example of starting from crazy and working backwards. We teamed up with Hasbro and printed custom Thomas Rhett Twister boards. AT&T Stadium gave us the stadium for 24hrs and we laid out 1,200 Twister boards.

Overall size was 171 ft 3 in x 158 ft 5.5 in which allowed us to break the previous record of the largest game of Twister ever played.

My responsibility was to execute the branding, communication with Guinness, and overseeing the entire event. We had several radio stations setup, local news broadcasting live, and over 4,000 people in attendance.
