I had an opportuninty to work on cartoon billboard campagin for Ukraine ice cream company. A task was to deliver final hires image of 3d tongues with human features. All stuff was concepted in ZBrush using Dynamesh, then retopologized and tweaked in modo and I textured them in MARI (as my first project to test the software), surface details were sculpted in ZBrush and then everything was finaly rendered in MODO using great skin shader.
