In one of Dashang Group department store, we were in charge of designing a new retail for Dashang own products, high quality beef from Australia and wines from Dashang Chateaux in France.
It’s a mix of 3 different functions. The meat and the butchers are on display behind a glass wall, big fridges hold the already packed pieces and a wall showcase the history of the Hunter Beef in Australia. The wine is exposed in a wood paneled room in front of a media wall showing the different Chateaux Dashang bought in France. The shop had also to include a small restaurant where you could try the different products.
The whole design is inspired by old Parisian shops and convey a sense of luxury with high quality materials.
