"You Keep Smoking, They Keep Logging" poster campaign

The Brief:

As part of a module in Coventry University I was asked to create a poster campaign for an environmental issue of my choosing. The campaign must be consisted of 3 posters: a static, an interactive and a moving-image one.

The Environmental Issue:

I have chosen smoking as an environmental issue. It is usually considered more of a social one, but during my research I have found out that it is also an envirnmental one and there are no campaigns, which emphasize on that matter. That is why I decided to create this campaign.

The Design:
I thought it would be nice if I draw a forest on the body of a cigarette and then light it. That is why I draw the trees separately and then Photoshoped it onto the cigarette. All of the photos and Illustrations are done by me.
The Static Poster
It is meant to be placed around pubs, coach and bus stations and around airports. Places where a lot of people from different backgrounds will see it. The QR code takes to the NHS website, where the Interactive poster shoul be placed.
The Moving-Image Poster
It is meant to be shown on the screens in airports and coach stations. That is why there is no sound. Usually the ads that are show on these places are soundless.
The Interactive Poster
Can not upload .swf files to Behance, so I took some screenshots of it. It is designed to be a website banner ad and it is meant to be placed on the NHS website. It offers more information than the static and the moving-image one.

How does it work:
Follow the captions under the images.

The start
That is what happens when clicked on the red icon (thumb down). On hover the icon rotates to show that it is actually good that you do not smoke.
That is what happens when clicked on the green button (thumb up). On hover the icon rotates to show that it is actually not good that you smoke.
What happens when clicked on the "zoom" button. There is a quick animation of the zoomig process.
That is what happens when clicked on one of the trees. They are also buttons and each of them is a fact about how, through smoking we harm the environment. There are 12 trees, some logged. That is why I said that there is the most information in the Interactive poster.
Another one.
What happens when clicked on the "SO?" button
What happens when clicked on the "WHY?" button. That is also the end of the banner. However it can be played again if clicked on the "back to start" button. That takes the viewer to the start.
