The grand residential-commercial complex Flatiron by Adora is 60 metres high, has a built up area of 29.200 m², exclusive apartments and penthouses, luxurious business premises and modern parking lots. The building brought the urban spirit of New York and a new style of housing following the global standards, and has become a recognizable symbol of Skopje. The building finished construction in December 2017.
