The brief set was to create a Promotional and Motion Poster, with an enviromental message - encouraging people to take part. I chose the topic of "Grow Your Own".

 

My research helped me reach a target market, I decided to create a campaign appealing to families, to save money and spend time together, by growing your own food. 

When designing the motion poster, I wanted to create a infinite scene over the 30 second duration. I decided to do this as a large percentage of motion posters are displayed in shopping centers and public transport, areas in which people roughly walk past in 15-30 seconds, only spending a small amount of time in good viewing distance of the poster its self. By creating a ongoing scene, it alowed the viewer to jump in at any point and understand the message. 

 

I chose a light hearted illustration style with playful animation, to make it approachable to the family audience.
