Healing Series

This drawing i did almost 5 years ago without even thinking that it would relate to Mental Health, may be it was there in my subconscious when i drew it.

Mental Health refers to our cognitive, behavioural, and emotional well-being. It is all about how we think, feel and behave. 
It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. It is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
There are lots of ways out there to tackle Mental Health issues but the most important is to first accept it and then work on it. It is the biggest and the toughest first step in the recovery process and requires lots of will power and support.
There can be anyone around you who is struggling to stand up and walk again, just be there to listen to them and help them come out of it.
GET CLARITY:
Clearance of the Ego is must.
There is no point tying our emotions with the weights of ego. 
Its the heaviest thing to do away with when it comes to clear our minds and think, but the strength to fight back lies within only.
We all are constantly dealing with the imbalances of the state of mind and using all the positive energies to put ourselves back in line with the right path.
Ego blocks our vision and our intuitions.
All we need to do is Observe it, find it and kill it with grace.

CONTEMPLATE:
We keep getting influenced by every new thing we see and we keep getting distracted from our soul.
Layers and layers of distraction blind our soul and drive us to a different path we are not inclined to,
Paths that are not meant for us.
Here is the constant need to contemplate emotions and thoughts to bring us back to the right direction.

PURE BLISS:

Oneness with everything you are surrounded by, all your emotions and the emotions of the lives you are connected with, its everything in you and you in everything.

A very special artwork that came out through a very alien experience to me long ago.
Some of very little moments once in your life when you see so much of light that everything seems so still and white. And then everything feels sorted in all the chaos.
HEAL:
Self healing starts when you acknowledge your good and bad, when you start looking at yourself from a third person perspective. You enable yourself to see all your actions,words and thoughts, and if they are aligned or distracted/influenced.

Think what you are and where you are moving. Understand your vibrations and let it penetrate your mind and soul.
