I completed this book as part of my master's program in Editorial design, and after that it became
the draft of my debut published book "Komorebi, Sobremesa, Gezellig". The book tells two stories: personal about a trip to Amsterdam, friendship and matches (with a person, a moment, a place)
and educational about the history of the city. The theme of coincidences suggested the shape
of the book — inside it is cut into two parts: the top one with large pictures and a first-person story, and the bottom one with related facts about the city and the culture of the Dutch. These two parts can be flipped separately from each other, the moment of coincidence occurs when the two parts add up to form a single spread.

The book is a finalist of The Book Inside Competition (2019), established by the first independent children's publishing house in Russia, Samokat.
