I was approached by Tri-City Orthopaedics to come on full-time as their Marketing Manager. They had recently rebranded and needed a fully built plan to establish and grow their presence within the community.
  
At the time of hire there was almost no indexable content for search engines. A complete website redesign with a focus on SEO and subject targeted pages was rolled out. A long list of other activities and strategies were initiated resulting in a 55% increase in online referrals in the first year.

Annual article by each Doctor. Used for TCO magazine, blog posts, and social media.
Doctor videos. Allowed patients to learn more about a specific doctor.
Patient video testimonials. Used on site and YouTube channel.
Community outreach. Habitat for Humanity, Local Law Enforcement, and local sports teams.
Sponsors. Aligned clinic with local minor league Baseball Team.
Dr. Reviews. Reviews were an important focus to highlight performance and reputation. Online review aggregators were utilized along with incentive programs for nursing staff.
