This selection of images was shot for Cervena Venison NZ to highlight this amazing meat. The shots were designed to show how the meat can be included in different recipes, all the cuts were shot in the raw form before being made into a dish. We wanted to focus on the healthy aspect of Venison so we went with lots of greens and kept everything super fresh. The images are for use over the summer season here in NZ so the food is all light, featuring a lot of bbq inspiration and beautiful salads.
