The sound of Wu-Wei
A collection of passive speakers created under the principals of the Dao philosophy, using traditional Japanese woodworking methods.
In the base of the Japanese Dao belief lies the concept of wu-wei which translates into "non doing".
The principle of wu-wei asserts that nature has already provided man with everything he needs in order to create the world around him and there is no reason to interfere and manipulate it, it's already at its best.
With this philosophy in mind I set out to create a passive way to amplify the sound that comes out of my Phone.
