Prisoners of Remeberance

Sabac (city in Serbia) Jews did not have their own neighborhood, like Belgrade’s Yali and Fiseklija. They lived mostly in several downtown streets, and their centuries-old life in Sabac was swallowed up by the darkness of fascism. There are only houses where they lived, archival material, some photographs and news in the old local press and, of course, anecdotes.
