EPS is a exhibition Dedicated to the live events industry, EPS bring together event professionals from every sector; from concert promoters, festival organisers, production companies, corporate event planners, charities, experiential and marketing agencies, local authorities, government bodies and everything in between and beyond.

When I joined Mash Media the logo, branding and initial adverts where already produced for the show so there was a clear style already determined to follow. Below is a style sheet of the documents that I was given when I joined.

At Mash Media we publish several publications about the meetings & events industry. In these magazines we also often advertise our own events to help drive exhibitor & visitor numbers.

Following the advert designed by the previous designer in my chair I had the challenge of creating a series of adverts based off the branding already established. We decided to use the blue/purple effect from the initial advert and combine this with different  images of live events. The subject of these images was pre-determined on the front of the sales document seen above in blue.

From 07.18 to 11.18 the adverts where all for exhibitor promotion. These are used to drive the sale of stands at the exhibition. After this from 12.18 to 02.19 the adverts where used to get viewers to register for there badge to visit EPS.

At Mash Media we also have a large database of professionals that receive our E-mailers associated with the publications from the company. Within these we usually have 3 banner spaces per emailer. Below are the various banners used to advertise the event.

 

For EPS we also ran a free breakfast promotion. We was tasked with creating flyers to be handed out before at an awards evening - Usually people like to celebrate these with a few drinks, thus inspiring attendees to need a full breakfast the next morning. Below is the outcome of the commissioned A6 Flyer.

I also created the signage for EPS19. About a month before the show the operations team provided we with a signage schedule which includes the type of signage I am designing to, The message of said piece & the specs. Below are the various items created for the show.
