Branding design for a new barbershop opening in southern California in the near future. The clients were building a business plan and they needed an identity to show investors that they were serious about their project. They gave me full artistic license because they were unsure of the image they wanted to portray, only providing me with the name of the business. I gave them many options both traditional and modern examples of a barbershops branding identity, but they seemed to gravitate more towards these modern iterations. I mostly experimented with type treatments and I chose to stay with the traditional blue and red hues.
