The CN Academic Venue Awards (CN AVAs) is a award ceremony hosted by Mash Media
In 2018 I began working on the AVA’s design collateral. When I joined the logo and branding where already in place by having a few adverts & a website already published. Following this established look I was tasked with creating: Event Signage, Powerpoint Slides, Print Adverts & Email Signature Images.

For the signage of this show I was asked to design 6 pieces.

This is made up of: 
1 Logo wall, 1 pull up banner detailing the event schedule, 1 pull up banner highlighting the event sponsor, 1 pull up banner encouraging visitors to use social networks to post about the event, 1 drop down banner for social media promo & 1 drop down banner for the event sponsor.

At the event we also use a powerpoint on a large backdrop. I was asked to create holding slides that where on brand and interesting. On these slides its key to included sponsors and partners logos as its a important part of there sponsorship.
I create these on InDesign and then place them as background images on powerpoint so the operations team can add in there own text.

At mash media we usually send out joining instructions as an attached PDF to a personal email. On the left you will see the one we sent out. This PDF includes all of the events important information such as: Event date, Venue address, Transport information, Event itinerary, Event Dress code & a RSPV

We also created small images for winners to place in there email signatures to promote themselves when emailing clients. We also created large versions of these incase winners wanted to include on any of there promotional images also.
