Who's an XD'er?
Not a superfluous question at all! If you work for a product team that has never employed an XD before, it's normal for them to think of you as 'the guy who pretties things up. Consequently, you'll only get called in when a feature has been finished. This, when in fact, they should really have involved you from the idea's inception. If you're a designer coming in a setup like this - where do you start?
