BROADSIDER CONCEPT 2011: The Broadsider began as a side project within the ID group. We explored a lot of post apocalyptic themes focusing on movies, comic books, and video games. The project fell of the map for awhile -but I was still passionate about the idea so I hopped back on it the following Spring. The vision was to first create a story in which the bike was the owned by a legendary rider,he and the bike were heroes as told by a graphic novel. The bike itself was the comic book come to life; with it graphic novel more tangible. The bike was shown at Trek's yearly dealer show - It garnered quite a bit of attention there and around the web.
