Renovation of an existing house at Thalawathugoda.
This is a renovation projects to an existing building. Redesign was done to make it more spacious and to enhance the homely atmosphere.
Some walls were pulled down while some were erecting, some wall surfaces were changed to exposed brick work while some were repainted to suit the new interiors. The Floor finish changed to porcelain tile (cement finish) and the internal pond was redesigned while keeping the details minimal, with only essentials required being allowed for pure spatial qualities to be staged.
