The Marketing Calender in MS Access

During my tenure in Data Affinity, I was given the project to develop a Marketing Calendar tool in MS Access. 
The client was an Ireland-based leading global company that deals with risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory. Client has a dedicated marketing division in each of its four geographical regions - North America (constituting about 50 percent), Great Britain, Western Europe and international which constitutes rest of the market. The company’s marketing activities include advertising, press articles, events, public relations etc. The client used to record all scheduled events in any particular year in MS Excel & used to share them with Marketing Managers on a monthly basis. This created problems such as having multiple versions of the same document with no version control, long monthly refresh process, unable to slice and dice data to dig deep (systematic reduction of a lot of data into smaller parts or views to understand better)

The client needed a Marketing Calendar to track all its marketing activity events schedules. This project was completely handled by me. Here below is the case study for the above.
