Walk through the woods for water

Tulsikarai is a small tribal village in the hearts of MM hills. It is one among the 77 villages and lies in Karnataka part. For many years Tulsikarai was an abundance of water resources. Ponds that lasted for hundreds of years and more than sufficient drinking water.
Today 70 year ponds are dried up, People are depending heavily on bore wells for water and that too remain uncertain. People walk miles to get water and that too among woods filled with Trees which brings out a painful irony. The nature hasn't been kind with rainfall and climate change. And with each year their resources are getting slimmer. This is a documentation of a rural village among the woods walking miles for water.
