Every project search previously requires the understanding of the object of study, which leads us to a question that is the genesis of many others.
The living arts are not only a means of physical expression, but also a social relationship between a spectator and an artist, in a natural / anthropized environment known as the “scene”.
This project must represent this scenario from its roots, in order to achieve a new creativity without barriers, which allows not only the approach between its users, but also the neighborhood with the park and the neighborhood with the city, understanding these as major scenarios.
From this objective, a morphological generation is carried out that knows how to understand the surrounding tissue, in order to adapt to it and bring a slow and gradual transformation of the whole from the city to the park. In turn, the invasion of apple lungs is recognized and it is for this reason that the use of it is supplemented by a public, transparent and recordable ground floor, which allows residents not only to generate ties with each other, but with the program in question. Not only is a simple tour generated, but proposals are proposed in contact with the creative and artistic side of the neighborhood.
Once the building is accessed, the user will find a great vacation that, in continuity with the low floor, allows him to appreciate the totality of the building and its content, providing an overview of the various activities existing in the IAVS.
Inside doors, the upper floors present the artistic program, always accompanied by expansions that allow activities to be taken abroad, providing visuals of the park and the neighborhood; and from the constructive generate a correct sunning.
For their part, the homes were separated from the main program from a void that acts as a sponge between the parties.
